MUSIC SOCIAL NETWORKS BECOME STRONGER THAN JOURNALISTS !!

According to a study released at the Avignon forum, music fans, as well as video enthusiasts, now trust social networks more than traditional media to decide, 38% of respondents used networks to decide, compared to 33% who call for criticism and 33% for personalized suggestions from digital platforms.


The survey was conducted with more than 6,000 people in France, the United States, the United Kingdom, Russia, and Brazil, representing the urban population on the basis of gender, age, and region. 

The same study conducted in 2010, put critics in the lead (34%), just ahead of networks (32%) and automatic personalized suggestions (26%).

Indeed, the influence of critics and professionals is stagnating. According to the study, this is largely because digital platforms retrieve personal information from consumers and can then offer them more specialized content.



We can therefore conclude that the new form of personal data recovery and platform will remove the old form of listening and with the new applications we have playlist already created and advised according to our preference. In addition to that, the influences and the sharing of music, it is the end of the old methods which allowed to know music.
